Mission

Equip Racing is a Washington, DC-based Cycling Program with the mission to equip cyclists with the resources they need to achieve their potential and bring more diversity to the sport of cycling.

DEVELOP

cyclists through the USAC/UCI categories by remaining active in the local and national racing scene

SUPPORT

the growth and development of youth cyclists and marginalized groups in cycling, with a focus on impacting our local community.

PROMOTE

a positive, inclusive cycling community seeking to expand diversity in cycling and acting as global ambassadors of the sport.
